We are looking for you as Area Manager North to manage our store locations in Hamburg, Bremen, Norderstedt, Lübeck, Kiel and Flensburg.

We are looking for you as Area Manager North to manage our store locations in Hamburg, Bremen, Norderstedt, Lübeck, Kiel and Flensburg.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the management, development and motivation of managers and employees in the branches in your area.
- You will focus on implementing sales concepts and managing processes in the branches as well as key business and personnel figures.
- You will also be responsible for selecting and recruiting new employees.
- You will support the sales process with your professional expertise and feel for our customers. At the same time, you will always keep an eye on compliance with Louis standards and the implementation of the company philosophy.
- Finally, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of store renovations and new openings.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in retail, or a degree in business administration and already have sales and management experience in the store business.
- You will impress with your strong problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and a structured working style.
- We expect flexibility, a willingness to travel and enthusiasm for retail and our customers and employees.
- You are characterized by a strong service and target orientation as well as the desire to take on responsibility.
- Your profile is rounded off by your analytical and organizational skills, strong communication skills and good knowledge of Office365.
