Your tasks
- Managing the store's fortunes
- Ensuring a clean and tidy appearance of the store
- Serving our customers
- Ensuring competent customer advice and actively addressing customers by acting as a role model
- Motivating and leading our employees
- Implementation of sales promotion measures
- Cashier activities
Your profile
- Interest in taking responsibility for the store, our customers, the employees and the turnover
- Professional experience in branch-based retail, ideally with management experience or personnel responsibility
- Relation to the topic of motorcycles
- A completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the retail sector
