For our area with the branches in Etoy (CH), Offenburg, Reutlingen, Root (CH), Villingen-Schwenningen, Wallisellen (CH) as well as Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as Branch Manager Candidate (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • During your training, which lasts a maximum of two years, you will be prepared for your responsible, versatile and varied work in various branches within the area.
  • Leading employees, teaching sales skills, developing your professional and personal strengths 
  • Combination of branch assignments, customer contacts and the opportunity to directly implement new impulses from seminars and regular feedback meetings with your superiors
  • Implementation of sales promotion measures

Your profile

  • Fun in sales and dealing with customers
  • Interest in taking responsibility for the store, our customers, the employees and the turnover
  • Willingness to take on responsibility, team spirit and a flexible willingness to work within normal store opening hours
  • A self-confident appearance and a friendly charisma
  • Experience in sales
  • Relation to the topic of motorcycles
  • Ideally, a commercial apprenticeship or a business-related degree
  • Willingness to travel
