For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as (Senior) Business Innovation Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • You are involved in the development and implementation of innovation and business model strategies and bring them in line with the company's goals
  • You monitor market and industry trends, as well as tools and platforms that are or could become exciting for the company
  • You initiate and accompany innovation projects from the initial idea, through the validation of the business case, to the proof of concept or even a later market launch
  • In the course of project management, stakeholder management is also part of your area of responsibility

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration with a digital or strategic focus - e.g. innovation management, digital transformation, technology management or a comparable field of study
  • In addition, you can convince us with experience in innovation/transformation management, business development or strategic planning/consulting - ideally with retail experience
  • Through your experience, you are familiar with various methods for idea & business model development - keyword "intrapreneurship"
  • For your new role, you have an understanding of the mechanisms of different business models and their impact on the company's success. You also have the ability to analyze more complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • With your strong communication skills, openness and flexibility, you can convince stakeholders and enjoy networking and managing cross-functional teams
