For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Customer consultant English (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for enquiries about orders, questions about the product range and all other concerns of our customers. 
  • You take over the inbound communication on the phone as well as by mail and chat 
  • Together with the team and our specialist departments, you will always find the right solutions for our customers.

Your profile

  • You have solid PC skills and are proficient in the usual Office programmes as well as confident language skills in German and English. 
  • You enjoy counselling and dealing with people, and you have good comprehension and communication skills. 
  • We expect you to be willing to work a three-shift system between 08:00 and 20:00 (Monday to Friday), as well as two Saturdays per month in a shortened shift. 
  • Technical understanding and a connection to the topic of motorbikes would be an advantage, but are absolutely not a must-have
