Your tasks
- You will be involved in the monitoring and processing of legal requirements from national and EU chemical legislation and their operational implementation.
- Your responsibilities include product notifications on substances, mixtures and (sub-)products according to legal requirements (e.g. REACH, CLP etc.) to corresponding international/national databases and institutes.
- You are also responsible for maintaining safety data sheets and comparing them with our online shop information in close cooperation with our pollutant manager.
- Specialist communication with suppliers, service providers, testing institutes and official institutions in German and English round off your area of responsibility.
Your profile
- You have basic knowledge of REACH / CLP and European chemicals legislation. We are also pleased about the interest of career changers (m/f/d) with chemical background knowledge and / or corresponding professional experience.
- An independent, structured and analytical way of working as well as a permanent willingness to learn, as well as good communication skills in German and English characterise you.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 rounds off your profile
