For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as HR-Manager Recruiting (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the recruiting process for our European headquarters in Hamburg and are in close contact with the individual departments 
  • You accompany applicants along the entire candidate journey, including actively approaching potential candidates (m/f/d) 
  • Pre-, on- and offboarding measures are also part of your area of responsibility 
  • You will focus on the continuous development of recruiting and the advancement of digital processes 
  • Finally, you will support personnel marketing activities and employer branding measures 

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have completed training as a personnel services manager (m/f/d) or alternatively have completed commercial training with a focus on human resources management 
  • We require experience in recruiting 
  • In addition to organizational skills and a reliable way of working, you have a friendly manner and strong communication skills 
  • You are experienced in using Microsoft 365 and ideally you have already worked with an applicant management system (e.g. rexx) in recruiting 
  • Your profile is rounded off by your enjoyment of service-oriented work as well as a strong hands-on mentality and enthusiasm
