For our branch in Essen we are looking for you as Department Manager (m/f/d) Technology Essen.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the branch management and the deputy branch management in the management of the branch's fortunes
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy appearance of the shop
  • Serving our customers
  • Ensuring competent customer advice and actively addressing customers by acting as a role model
  • Motivating and leading our staff
  • Implementing sales promotion measures
  • Cashier activities
  • Price changes

Your profile

  • Interest in taking responsibility for the branch, our customers, the employees and the turnover.
  • Preferably professional experience in branch-based retail, ideally with management experience or personnel responsibility
  • Relation to the topic of motorbikes
  • Ideally a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in retailing
