For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as IT Service Desk Agent (m/f/d).

Your tasks

First contact and support:
  • You will be responsible for answering calls, emails and tickets from end users requiring technical assistance
  • You identify problems and can provide initial solutions
  • By solving user problems quickly and efficiently, you contribute to increasing satisfaction

Documentation:
  • You document all incidents, solutions and communications in our ticketing system
 
Communication:
  • Clear and effective communication of the status of problems and requests to the end user is a matter of course for you
  • You collect user feedback on the quality of support and suggestions for improvements
  • If requests cannot be solved immediately by you, you are in close contact with other departments

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable education 
  • First experience or a strong interest in IT and Tech. 
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM or ESM solutions is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of effective troubleshooting
