Your tasks
- You support the planning of furnishings and renovations in our branches
- You are also responsible for controlling and monitoring projects in the area of branch furnishing
- You coordinate the individual trades on site
- You will be responsible for checking quotations, negotiating and checking invoices
- Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the preparation and support of technical approval procedures with authorities.
Your profile
- You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some experience in project work.
- You have a good understanding of the requirements of shopfitting and product presentation
- In addition to your creativity, technical, spatial and commercial understanding, you are also convincing with your organisational and communication skills, independence and a high degree of goal orientation.
- Structured, independent, cost-conscious and responsible working methods are a matter of course for you.
- You are willing to travel and have good negotiating skills in dealing with external service providers and other companies and authorities.
- Good knowledge in the use of MS365 rounds off your profile.
