For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Product Owner (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Defining the roadmap for the Louis online store together with other product owners and stakeholders
- Recording and evaluating (in terms of strategy fit and business value) the requirements of the specialist departments
- Stakeholder management
- Continuous optimization of the usability of the Louis online store (“mobile first”)
- Evaluating new technologies and their potential to strengthen our eCommerce business
- Working according to agile methods (Scrum) with the support of a Scrum Master
- Breaking down business requirements into epics, user stories and technical requirements
- Maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog in coordination with other product owners
- Responsibility for the reliable delivery of planned features
- Coordination of an international development team
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business, computer science or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an online environment, preferably in the eCommerce sector
- A strong sense of responsibility and a pronounced sense of initiative characterize you as well as high social competence and good communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
- Leadership attitude and high motivation to lead virtual teams
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology to assess technical feasibility
- Solid understanding and practical experience with agile development methods
- The job requires occasional international travel
- Fluent English
