Within the scope of our SAP implementation, we are looking for you as a SAP project assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Temporary for the duration of the project (2 years)

Your tasks

  • The focus of your work as a project assistant lies in taking over administrative tasks, the preparation and follow-up as well as the documentation of project deadlines.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for checking invoices and claiming and following up on differences.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining project controlling and training project staff on project tools.
  • As a link between project management and internal and external project participants, you will be responsible for coordinating deadlines, following up on project rules and providing support in project communication.
  • Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the onboarding and offboarding of employees in the project and the operational support of the sub-projects in close coordination with the project management, if required.

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant experience as a project assistant - ideally in supporting teams as part of the implementation of major projects such as SAP
  • You are proficient in project tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as Microsoft Teams.
  • In addition to organisational skills, you are particularly convincing with your sustainable stakeholder management, reliable working methods and excellent communication skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and really thrive in times with a heavy workload.
