For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you as Scrum Master (m/f/d) to support our Scrum teams in the further development and internationalization of our award-winning online store. Our two teams at the Hamburg location are experienced in using agile methods - you will help them reach the next level.

Your tasks

  • Your main task is the lateral leadership and support of two agile development teams
  • You take responsibility for the result-oriented application of Scrum as an agile method
  • You promote self-organization, taking responsibility, team development and thus continuous performance improvement of the teams using central performance metrics and their transparent communication
  • You identify and remove potential obstacles with the team at an early stage
  • You support the focus of the teams on the fulfillment of their sprint goals and organize and moderate the corresponding meetings.

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed university degree or a successfully completed apprenticeship, preferably with a commercial background
  • You have profound knowledge of agile methods, already have at least two years of practical experience in applying them as a Scrum Master and can demonstrate success in their application
  • You have a profound understanding of agile software development
  • Conflict skills and empathy make you a solution-oriented facilitator with strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and strong initiative as well as improvisational skills
  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • If you already have experience with scaling frameworks and working with distributed teams, all the better.
