For our distribution logistics at the European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe, we are looking for you as service technican (m/f/d) in the returns department, communication and navigation.

Your tasks

  • Checking multimedia products such as intercoms and navigation devices for their defects and restoring their functionality. 
  • This includes, among other things, the replacement of small parts or a software update 
  • Installation of intercom systems in motorcycle helmets 
  • Return of non-repairable devices to the manufacturer

Your profile

  • You have technical understanding as well as manual skills and ideally have corresponding product knowledge in the area of communication and navigation. 
  • You are a team player, work in a tidy, concentrated and conscientious manner and also maintain an overview in stressful situations during the peak season of a seasonal business. 
  • You are interested in new things and open to change 
  • Ideally you already have experience in this field
